Insurance valuation in “Billionaires Row”.

We regularly undertake insurance valuations but never before in the most famous and expensive area of real estate in Britain, possibly the world.
The grand properties in Kensington Palace Gardens comprise many diplomatic buildings and homes for the famous and super rich. Unsurprisingly it is often referred to as “billionaires row”.
The road was originally called The Queens Road and was developed in the 1840s from land previously laid out as kitchen gardens for Kensington Palace. It is still owned and administered by the Crown Estate, so the houses are actually leasehold properties. In about 1870 an avenue of plane trees was planted and at this time the road was re-named Kensington Palace Gardens, however numbers 1-10 actually have the address Palace Green.
We were honoured when appointed to value the principal contents of one of the diplomatic buildings in the road.
This is what makes our job so varied and interesting. One day you might be in a £50 million property and the next a modest bungalow on the south coast. We treat every job with the same level of care and professionalism.
If you require an insurance valuation from a piece of jewellery right up to an entire contents then contact us for an insurance valuation prepared by a RICS accredited and qualified valuer.
