Our valuations of jewellery, antiques and chattels are done in accordance with Section 160 of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984. The valuations we carry out are also fully compliant with HMRC and are undertaken sensitively and discreetly at all times, by a RICS qualified art and antiques valuer.

In addition, we provide expert advice to executors and trustees regarding valuations of chattels for Capital Gains Tax, the Acceptance in Lieu (AIL) scheme and Conditional Exemption.
